应用 to the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) as 第一年 or transfer student.
一年级学生
First year students interested in applying should review the eligibility guidelines and required documents listed below.
Prior to the start of the fall semester, all first year EOP students are expected to attend the EOP summer program.
转学
You are eligible for EOP at 哈德逊山谷社区学院 as a transfer student, provided you have been enrolled in EOP, 学院发现, HEOP (Higher Education Opportunity Program), 寻找教育, Elevation and Knowledge) or a similar academic and financial support program at your previous college. If your previous college did not have EOP or a similar program, you still may be considered for transfer eligibility and should notify the EOP office as soon as possible about your interest.

This form must be completed by the EOP Director at your previous institution and turned in to complete your application.
